At Gifts That Speak, we carefully prepare each order to make sure your gift arrives ready to make a lasting impression.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.

Personalized and made-to-order items may require the full processing period. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided with your order.

Please keep in mind that estimated delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Need Your Gift by a Certain Date?

If you’re ordering for a birthday, anniversary, retirement, holiday, or another special occasion, we strongly recommend ordering early.

While we will always do our best to process orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless a guaranteed delivery service is specifically offered at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Gifts That Speak is not responsible for delivery delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address when the address provided with the order was inaccurate or incomplete.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If tracking shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
